All sales are final. Because The Slushie Cookbook is a digital product delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once you've received your download link.
The two situations where we WILL refund
- Your download link doesn't work / never arrived and we can't deliver after 48 hours of trying
- The PDF is corrupted or unreadable and we can't send a working replacement within 48 hours
Why we don't offer "satisfaction" refunds
Once you download the PDF, you have the full product. We can't take it back. To keep prices low for everyone, we don't refund based on personal taste, recipe preferences, or "I changed my mind."
Before you buy
Read the product page carefully. The recipe list, format (PDF), and contents are described in full. If something is unclear, email us first — we'll answer any question before you order.
Disputes / chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank for a working digital product delivered as described is considered fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Please contact us first if there's an issue — we resolve real problems quickly.
